About the event
Have you ever tried to change something about yourself and failed? How about trying to eat healthier or lose weight? For more than 15 years, I've been teaching about transformation and change to future doctors to help them help others. When I got sick, I used this evidence based knowledge on myself to transition towards a plant-based diet. I managed to reverse my medical conditions and qualify for the World Ninja Championships in the process, twice. I honestly believe that everyone should be taught this information. Now, it's available for you to help yourself and others.
By breaking down the process of change into bitesize pieces, it makes it easier to digest. My goal is to give you the information and practical steps you need for transformation. Whether it's eating healthier, losing weight, exercising more or stopping smoking, the principles reviewed during this course will definitely help you get closer to your goals.
This in-person course will include a downloadable workbook, course lessons, practical tips and discussion points for those who'd like to participate to the optional round table discussions during our live course.
Anne from EAT MORE PLANTS WITH ANNE will be there serving whole food, plant-based finger foods and sharing her recipes so you can make them at home!
