My mission has always been simple: support the very people who continue to support this page and this community.
Some of you have been here for years. Others may have only recently joined. Either way, this online community has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined, and it continues to exist because of you. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of watching people from all walks of life come together to help others in meaningful ways. What started as sharing information online slowly evolved into something much more powerful: a community that gives back.
This year marks our 6th annual fundraiser. Together, this community has already helped raise more than $45,000 for local initiatives. That support has helped fund student bursaries, school breakfast programs, autism summer camps, and school activities that many students otherwise would not have had access to.
Just this year alone, this community helped raise:
• $13,000 for MFB’s school trip
• $12,000 in student bursaries in 2025
• $10,000 for our school breakfast program
• $6,000 for school initiatives the year before
• $4,000 for summer camps at the Moncton Autism Resource Centre
And the year is still far from over. A few months ago, I also had the opportunity to volunteer an entire day speaking at a conference that helped raise another $13,000 for MFB's school trip. Moments like that are a reminder that small actions, when multiplied by thousands of people, can genuinely change lives.
This year, we wanted to create something special for those who are new to the page, or for people who may have missed our previous books and guides. We decided to combine all of our previously released recipe books and educational guides into one complete 5-in-1 digital collection.
But this fundraiser is about much more than books.
It’s about helping students. It’s about opening doors. It’s about investing back into the community that surrounds us. In return for your donation, you’ll receive the complete downloadable 5-in-1 bundle, which includes:
• A blood testing guide for plant-forward individuals, helping explain common lab values, nutritional markers, and practical ways to optimize health

All five books are included together in one downloadable collection. Every donation directly supports student bursaries and local community initiatives.
